Frequently Asked Questions

Why Should I Choose Delta Auto Glass?

At Delta we pride ourselves in being able to offer experience, professionalism and high quality services to our customers. We maintain a licensed and insured business and strive to be leaders in our industry through on-going training and certification. Our goal is to be the area’s number one choice for quality, convenient, and affordable auto glass services.

Does The Quality Of Materials Used Really Matter?

Yes! The relationships we maintain with our suppliers allow us to offer the highest quality materials in the industry, while keeping the cost very low so that we can pass the savings on to our customers. If low quality materials are used, your new glass may not perform at it’s maximum potential, and will not hold up against the Colorado elements. For example, if your new windshield is not prepared with the manufacturer recommended primer and adhesives, leaks may develop and you may experience annoying whistles, and even moisture inside your vehicle! In addition, using low quality materials can pose a threat to the safety of you and your passengers in the event of an accident. At Delta Auto Glass, we take the safety of our customers very seriously.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

Delta offers a 90 day warranty on all new auto glass replacement services. We guarantee the parts and installation against leaks and stress breaks, (not associated with a physical force, such as falling tree branches, hail, rocks from the road and those such things that cause damage). Contact Delta Auto Glass if you have any additional questions about our 90 day warranty.

When Can a Rock Chip Or Crack Be Repaired?

Typically, we recommend repairing rock chips that are less than the size of a quarter, and cracks that are no larger than the size of a dollar bill. We have a very high success rate repairing both chips and cracks, but if the affected area on your windshield does not meet the above criteria, a total replacement may be necessary. We are happy to make a recommendation for your particular situation.
